Charlie Hyman is a Brooklyn based artist and filmmaker. He recently graduated from The University of Texas at Austin where he pursued a double major in Studio Art and Radio-Television-Film. His practice is currently based in ceramics, animation, and filmmaking. Within his work he is exploring identity and transformation. He is interested in combining high and low in playful, often caustic ways. He uses his life to build narratives for his work.
